This Pilet & Renaud development was a real architectural challenge: building a five-storey building on an existing garage. This meant 32 new homes were created in a spot that had previously only housed vehicles! The complex project involved contributions from architects, engineers, project managers and many others. Our team managed the entire project, co-ordinating each step along the way. The new accommodation is located in a quiet street in the Pâquis – Sécheron neighbourhood, close to the station and just a few minutes’ walk from the lakefront and the stunning Parc Mon Repos.
